Wizkid_Gbese ft Trey Songz
Its been a long time coming for Wizkid, no longer just the boy from ojuelegba pursuing his dreams. He has delivered time and time again but has nonetheless not been able to dish up a body of work and keep to timing as promised in recent times. There has been immense pressure on Wiz to deliver and That all changes with Sounds From The Other Side (SFTOS); Wizkid’s 3rd studio album (even though he calls it a Mix tape). This is his first proper body of work since signing the Sony/RCA deal and hence features tonne of international artists gathered from relationships he has formed while breaking into the global scene in the past 2 years.
This album is different from the others in that, his target audience has grown massively and hence its meant to be a more of a conveyor of what African Rhythm is. In recent months, he has dropped quite a number of singles off the album which have garnered attention from superstars such as The Kardashians, Alicia Keys and so on so we expected nothing less from the album.
